فموضوع هذا الدرس حقوق الأخوّة؛ ونعني بحقوق الأخوّة؛ ما يشمل الحق المستحب, والحق الواجب، وليس المراد تفصيل ما هو واجب من تلك الحقوق، وما هو مستحب، وإنما ذِكر الحقوق بعامّة، ومنها ما هو واجب، وما هو مستحب، وهناك حقوق أخرى تُركت أيضا لضيق المقام عنها، وهذا المقام وهو حق الأخوّة؛ حق الصحبة؛ حق الأخ على أخيه، من المقامات العظيمة التي أُكّدت بالنصوص؛ وأُكّدت في الكتاب والسنة، فرعايتها رعاية للعبودية، وإهمالها إهمال لنوع من أنواع العبودية؛ لأن حقيقة العبادة: أنها اسم جامع لما يحبه الله ويرضاه من الأقوال والأعمال الظاهرة والباطنة.

فإني مسرور غاية السرور أن تكون هذه الندوة فاتحة أنشطة كثيرة ومتوالية ومتتابعة لجائزة نايف بن عبد العزيز آل سعود للسنة النبوية والدراسات الإسلامية المعاصرة فأجدني متذكرا جهد سموه الكبير على مدى سنتين مضت لترسو قواعد هذه الجائزة ولتتضح معالم أنشطتها والأطر لبحوثها

The following are some of the hadeeths mentioning the khutbah that the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) deleivered during his “farewell hajj”. Some of the narrators said that they heard some statements in sermons delivered on the Day of ‘Arafah, where others mention some of the same quotes on the Day of Nahr.

Question: “If one of my non-Muslim parents dies, and I am named a recipient of a portion of the estate in their will, am I allowed to take that or not?”. This is a very common situation in non-Muslim countries. It is very sad that the answer given to such a question is usually a hasty, “No".

Qataadah reported from Anas that Allaah's Messenger ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) was being questioned excessively about various matters, until he became very angry one day, and ascended the minbar (steps) to say , No one asks me about anything today but I will explain it for him. A man, who had doubt as to whether the man to whom he was attributed was his true father, said, “O Messenger of Allaah! Who is my father?” He ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) replied , Huthaafah is your father. ‘Umar, realizing the Prophet's ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) anger for these questions, stood and said: “We are satisfied with Allaah as our Lord, with Islaam as our religion, and with Muhammad as our Messenger. We seek refuge in Allaah from the fitnah!”
